Discretion is our business — and that extends to your data. Here, transparently, is what we collect and why.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on this site:

  • Booking: first name, phone, email, date and details of your visit;
  • Application: first name or stage name, age, contact details, experience;
  • Contact: name, email, message;
  • Newsletter: email address.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking tools.

Purposes

This data is used solely to handle your request: confirming a booking, replying to a message, reviewing an application or sending you our invitations if you have consented. It is never sold or passed to third parties.

Retention period

Booking and contact data is kept for a maximum of 12 months. Applications are kept for 6 months. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to us at silverpalace31000@gmail.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Third-party services

Les formulaires du site sont traités par Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, société française), qui achemine les messages vers nos boîtes e-mail et héberge la liste de diffusion de la newsletter. Les données restent hébergées dans l'Union européenne et ne font l'objet d'aucun transfert hors UE. Le site est hébergé par Vercel.

Ce site intègre par ailleurs une carte Google Maps et des polices Google Fonts, susceptibles de collecter des données techniques (adresse IP) lors du chargement. Les vidéos de présentation sont hébergées sur Cloudinary. Consultez les politiques de confidentialité de ces services pour en savoir plus.
